  "NIKE continues to celebrate the 30th anniversary of one of its most iconic sneaker silhouettes, first introduced in 1982 - the Nike Air Force 1. Inspired at the time by the official presidential airplane, that exact idea is picked up today and translated onto the sneaker in terms of colors, materials and details. The look of the Boeing VC-25, a military version of the iconic 747, was adapted onto the sneaker. Inspired by Michael Jordan’s other alter ego, Bentley Ellis, the Bentley Ellis Air Jordan Retro 9 features a White and Red leather upper with Yellow accents throughout. The tongue on the sneaker reads “Bentley Ellis” and under the tongue it reads “Crawfish”. The "Crawfish" stitched on the inner of the tongue refers to a semi-pro team in Shreveport, LA. that MJ fictitiously played for during his retirement in 1993.

Inspired by the infamous red Solo cup, the Omni Lite features red patent leather and nubuck throughout the upper with white accents. To play into the theme, the shoe also features grooves on the heel like you would see on the Solo cup.
